Get five leaves of baby bok choy and half a chopped onion and boil it in three cups of water mixed with half a cup of hot sauce (add more to your tastes). After boiling, put stove on medium heat and add a can of bean salad (containing kidney beans, chick peas, black eyed peas and some other bean I forget. Don't forget to strain and wash), add various spices for flavor (I used pepper, cayenne, salt, dill weed, garlic powder and LOTS of curry powder) and about two handfuls of flour to thicken. Serve with rice, pita bread and a BIG glass of water or milk.

Total cost of ingredients: about $10

Serves: More than one unless you are hungry. With LOTS of the raw ingredients to spare. It lasted me all week.
